Since their founding in 1915, Penn Eta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity has connected generations of Penn State men. The Century Plan calls for enhanced chapter programming, house renovations, support for academic achievement, and long-term financial stability.
Highlights:

Building Improvement: significant renovation of the chapter house to address age-related building issues and to provide for better usage of house space for academic, fraternal, and social activities. This may also include living space expansion. All building activities will be conditioned on the level of gifts received to support the project.

Chapter Programming: establishment of an alumni advisory group, the Century Committee, to provide regular guidance to the undergraduate chapter on building a strong brotherhood and supporting them in achieving their academic and career goals. The Century Committee will sponsor events with the undergraduates to foster good chapter leadership practices, pass on their experience, support academic achievement, and provide a window into life after Penn State. A portion of the giving will be used to create endowments to support these activities.

Capital Fundraising and Financial Management: establishment of a Campaign Steering Committee to manage the fundraising campaign, including the management of alumni gifts, and to direct and oversee the implementation of the Century Plan.
