Sigma Chis at Indiana University recognize their key geographical position on the Indiana campus. They see it as their duty and responsibility to be a first-class facility on a first-class campus. Through a capital fundraising campaign, the following goals were made for the chapter house:

-
The renovated chapter house will be an embodiment of their fraternal values. It is through the house that wonderful memories will be made and young men will have an inspiring and successful fraternal and collegiate experience.
