Built in 1929, the dated chapter house of Delta Upsilon at the University of Kansas commanded a renovation that would provide modern educational space and equipment for today’s students while preserving and enhancing its solid construction and handsome architectural features. This fraternity capital campaign combined high fraternity engagement and fraternity fundraising to provide:
