The University of Nebraska’s Alpha Xi Delta sorority developed a renovation plan to not only serve the immediate needs of the undergraduates, but to restore their chapter house to top condition for future members. The sisters’ successful sorority engagement and fundraising campaign brought these improvements into reach:

Upgraded electrical wiring, including Internet and cable access

Upgraded plumbing

Remodeled bathrooms on second and third floors

Refurbished new additional bathroom on second floor

Updated, refined, and refurbished first floor and basement

Installed fire-safety sprinkler system

Upgraded flooring in key areas

Re-roofed the chapter house

Converted fourth floor chapter room to 24-hour study space
